One Minnesota Writer is on spring break this week, as her daughter, Abby, who is a high school senior, is actually home for a change. That is an event worth stopping the presses for (or suspending blog posts, as it were).
Enjoy your time together. Senior year is HUGE and the year after that is, just a little bit, sad and lonely. Empty nests are freeing but we miss our clutches dearly.
